Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.primary pterygium, 2.nasal side pterygium

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.recurrent pterygium, 2. symblepharon, 3. others ocular inflammations, 4. autoimmune disease or HIV infection, 5. patients who apply other steroids eyedrop except from in this study.
