Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 30 years old. 2. Patients with diagnosed hypertension, i.e. systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 130 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 80 mmHg in any stage. 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5 - 24.99 kg/m2. 4. Not active according to the international Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). 5. Currently not participated in any types of regular exercise training for at least 3 months prior recruited for this study. 6. Patients who are ready to do the exercise (Participants will fill out the PAR-Q (Physical activity readiness questionnaire).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension. 2. Chronic heart disease, diabetes, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal disease. 3. Orthopaedic conditions that affect the ability to participate in exercise program. 4. Currently receiving treatment with steroids, hormones, or cancer chemotherapy. 5. History of exercise-induced asthma. 6. Has physical disability
