Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects must be at least 18 years of age. Subjects must be a good controlled definite glaucoma patient (Definite: glaucomatous visual field defect and possible glaucomatous optic neuropathy [vertical cup-to-disc ratio more than 0.7 or asymmetry between eyes more than 0.2 or minimum rim width less than 0.1] Rotterdam study criteria) Subjects must have significant cataract (BCVA less than 6/18) with no previous cataract surgery. Subjects must be able to communicate in Thai or English, understand risk and benefits of this study, able to make follow-up visits, and voluntarily join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who fails to cooperate in the measurement of contrast sensitivity. Subjects who have pathology of cornea, vitreous body, retina, or optic nerve that would adversely affect visual performance. Patients with other active ocular diseases.
