Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-25 years of age 2. flexible flatfoot on both feet 3. body mass index not exceed 23 kg/m2 4. leg length difference not more than 2 cm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. injured lower extremity in the last 6 months 2. foot lesions 3. miss the exercise program 3 times or more
