Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female volunteers aged between 20-60 years old who were healthy. Digital devices have been used for 3 hours or more. 2. Have a symptom of Computer vision syndrome (CVS) at least three of the following: eye strain, dry eye, blurred vision, redness, burning eye, double vision, headache, pain in the neck, back or shoulders. 3. Can read and write Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been diagnosed with lung disease, asthma or allergies, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, immunodeficiency disease. have a history of brain injury 2. Eye abnormalities 3. Gastrointestinal disease 4. Consuming food supplements or antibiotics on a regular basis during the 1 month period prior to participating in the project. 5. Consuming a Probiotic foods such as probiotics or yogurt more than 3 times a week 6. Exercising more than 3 times a week 7. ATK results are positive or risk of being infected with Covid-19 8. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day 9. Drink more than 5 alcoholic beverages per day. 10. Being Pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study 11. Breastfeeding. 12. In the process of participating in other projects
