Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Receive SGLT2 inhibitors at least 3 months prior the study 3. Elective coronary angiography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency catheterization included Primary PCI, Rescued PCI, pharmaco-invasive PCI in STEMI or STEMI within 7 days or unstable angina/NSTEMI within 72 hours 2.Patients with vasopressor or receive intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) 3.Patients with stage 2-3 AKI or receiving RRT 4. Patients with DKA 5. Patients with NSAID or nephrotoxic agents use within 72 hours before coronary angiography 6.Patients who deny consent
