30 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 59 years 2. Having HbA1c levels of more than 7.5% to 9.0% once within six months or having Fasting plasma glucose level of more than 130 mg/dl in the last two follow-up visits 3. Being able to perform physical activity and having performance status indicated by Eastern Co-operation Oncology Group score of 0-2 4. Being able to write, read, and speak in the Thai language 5. Having a smartphone and being able to use line applications 6. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from malignancy (metastasis or palliative care or fatigue from radiation or chemotherapy or severe anemia) 2. Chronic kidney failure with dialysis 3. History of cardiac events (myocardial infarction or bradycardia or tachycardia or syncope acute coronary syndrome or acute myocardial infarction) 4. Severe hypertension 5. Taking beta-block medications (metoprolol or carvedilol) 6. Having a diagnosis of severe mental disorders (dementia or schizophrenia or bipolar or post-traumatic stress disorder or panic or having depressive symptoms indicated by 2 Question scores of one or more
