Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.bipolar diorder group(case) 1.1 The patients who diagnosed with bipolar disorder and have ever had major depressive episode. 1.2 The patients have normal consciousness and can read , write in Thai. 1.3 Age between 18-60 years old. 2. Unipolar depressive disorder group (control) 2.1 The patients who diagnosed with major depressive disorder. 2.2 The patients have normal consciousness and can read , write in Thai. 2.3 Age between 18-60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.bipolar diorder group(case) 1.1 The patients with a psychiatric emergency or unstable condition requiring urgent treatment. 1.2 The patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, neurocognitive disorders including delirium and dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury. 1.3 The patients who have psychotic symptoms. 1.4 Patients that have used drugs or stopped using drugs in less than one month. 2. Unipolar depressive disorder group (control) patients 2.1 The patients who have ever had manic or hypomanic episode. 2.2 The patients with a psychiatric emergency or unstable condition requiring urgent treatment. 2.3 The patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, neurocognitive disorders including delirium and dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury. 2.4 The patients who have psychotic symptoms. 2.5 Patients that have used drugs or stopped using drugs in less than one month. 2.6 The pateints with a mood stabilizer such as antiepileptic drugs and lithium, patients with antipsychotic prescriptions.
