20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Loco-regional advanced stage HNC 2. Histologically-proven diagnosis of HNC 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2 4. Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis or locoregional recurrence disease 2. Contraindications to RT or chemotherapy or Hydrogen gas inhalation 3. Previous head and neck irradiation 4. Previous head and neck surgery (except biopsy) 5. Patients with tracheostomy tube 6. Patients with respiratory disease e.g. asthma, COPD, Pneumonia, Lung cancer
