Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40-65 years, body mass index (BMI) of 25.0-29.9 kg/m2, no report of any diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes, vitamin or mineral supplements use, and smoking.
