Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals will be included in the study if they are full-time office workers (working for an average of at least 40 hours per week), age 23-55 years, have a normal BMI of 18.5-22.9 kg/m2, have greater than or equal to 5 years of experience in their current position, and will at risk of non-specific neck pain as evaluated by the Neck Pain Risk Score for Office Workers (NROW score greater than or equal to 2) and non-specific low-back pain as evaluated by Back Pain Risk Score for Office Workers (BROW score greater than or equal to 53)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had reported musculoskeletal symptoms in the neck or low back in the previous six months, reported pregnancy or had planned to become pregnant in the coming 12 months, had a history of trauma or accidents in the spinal region, or had either spinal, intra-abdominal or femoral surgery in the previous 12 months, have hemorrhoids, wound, contusion at the buttock and thigh region. Participants who had been diagnosed with congenital anomaly of the spine, rheumatoid arthritis, infections of the spine or discs, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, spondylosis, spinal tumor, systemic lupus erythematosus, or osteoporosis were also excluded from the study.
