Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Optic nerve atrophy that further investigation by MR imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other conditions which affected optic nerve size such as optic nerve tumor, ischemic cause to optic nerv and increased intracranial hypertension 2. Uncooperative patient

Optic nerve area by MR imaging Within one week after performed MR imaging A freeform ROI measurement tool on the PACS was used to outline and measure the cross-sectional optic nerve areas (mm2)
