Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study A 1. Healthy and Normal BMI 18.5-22.9 kg/m2. 2. Not be a pregnant or lactation woman. 3. No smoking and alcohol drinking. 4. No history of food allergy or intolerance including eggs, isomaltulose, pumpkin, chicken. 5. No medications known to affect glucose tolerance (excluding oral contraceptives) Study B 1. Type 2 diabetes patients (less than 10 years) 2. Fasting blood glucose < 180 mg/dl. 3. BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study A 1. A major medical or surgical event requiring hospitalization within the preceding 3 months; 2. Use of steroids, protease inhibitors or antipsychotics (all of which have major effects on glucose metabolism and body fat distribution). 3. History of disease/illness such as diabetes mellitus, liver disease, renal disease, thyroid disease, heart disease or others related to glucose metabolism Study B 1. Insulin treatment 2. People with disease as follow, chronic kidney disease, chronic pancreatic disease, thyroid disease or disease that affect glucose metabolism 3. Pregnant women 4. loss/gain weight more than 5 kg in 2 months 5. Glomerular Filtration Rate < 60 ml/min
