Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who underwent their first heart transplantation between January 2010 and December 2020 and survived to hospital discharge at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thailand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with combined organ transplant, end stage renal disease defined as eGFR less than 15 ml/min/1.73 m2 or on chronic dialysis at discharge, and those whose medical records were unavailable after discharge.
