Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with probable Parkinson's disease and degenerative parkinsonism. Healthy controls Available brain MRI Age > 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unclassified parkinsonism. Patients with large intracranial masses or lesions. Patients with traumatic brain injury Unavailable precise imaging study
