Every 3 selected participants will be enrolled into one block .Simple Randomization will be done in each block by lottery method. After randomization two participants will be selected in Roxadustat tr

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cirrhosis of liver (Child pugh A or B) with anemia as defined by WHO 2. Age: 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Child Pugh C liver cirrhosis 2. Haemoglobin level <7 gm/dl 3. Hepatocellular carcinoma 4. Pregnancy 5. Active variceal bleeding 6. Adult polycystic kidney disease 7. Hypo/Hyperthyroidism 8. Systemic Hypertension 9. Hyperkalemia 10. Patient with co-morbid condition (COPD, CKD, CCF, MI etc.) 11. Anemia caused by other haematological disorder associated with cirrhosis of liver.
