Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 60 years or older 2 Elective cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinically unstable patient 2) Patients with upper limb injuries or deformities 3) Refusal to participate in our study follow-up 4) Patient with upper arm weakness
