Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) aged 65 years old and over (b) ability to walk independently for at least 10 meters without a walking device (c) ability to rise from a chair with or without using their arms (d) ability to follow a command and perform the tasks used in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) severe medical conditions such as advanced heart disease, pulmonary disease, or neurological disorders that may affect balance (b) use of medications that may impact balance, such as those with side effects causing dizziness or weakness (c) musculoskeletal diseases, injuries, or surgeries within the past six months (d) severe psychiatric conditions that may affect participation in balance exercises (e) concurrent participation in other research involving balance training or similar exercise regimens (f) metallic implants near the site of stimulation (g) use a pacemaker (h) cranial bone defects.
