18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed as having soft tissue rheumatism (Plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tendinitis), 2.Age ranges from eighteen (18) to sixty (60) years to avoid complaints related to congenital causes as uneven legs, Multidirectional shoulder instability or aging, 3.Body mass index > 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma, 2.Overwork, Unaccustomed activities, 3.Systemic rheumatic diseases, severe co-morbid diseases, Diabetes mellitus, 4.Drugs that can affect insulin resistance or musculoskeletal system, 5.Poor postures and poor footwear.
