Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 1 month to 5 years Any gender Pneumonia Bronchiolitis Silverman Anderson score: <7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Newborns Conditions including emergency intubation ( poor respiratory effort , seizures , cardio pulmonary compromise) Neuromuscular disease Immunodeficiency Inborn error of metabolism Chronic lung disease Cystic fibrosis Congestive heart failure Progressive respiratory failure ( Pco2 >60 mmhg , Po2 < 50 mmhg) Lack of o2 supply
