Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers between the ages of 45 and 60 years 2. Normal BMI <25 kg/m2 3. Do not consume drugs, health supplements or herbs, vitamins or minerals that have an ergogenic effect, not less than 2 months before joining 4. Can read and write Thai languages
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe underlying diseases that require continuous medication, including cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, Nervous system disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, High blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease (assessed by AST or ALT is 2 times higher than normal (AST > 64 U/L; ALT > 50 U/L), lung disease or allergy, immune system disease, Hematologic disease, cancer, gout or high uric acid levels. 2. Have a history of food allergies to protein or nuts. 3. Have a regular consume of Probiotics such as yogurt, cheese, and kimchi etc. 4. Drink more than 5 alcoholic beverages per day. 5. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day. 6. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant at the time of the study or are breastfeeding.
