Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute AC joint injury Rockwood Classification type III, IV, V and VI 2.Age 15 - 60 years old 3.Onset of AC joint injury < 3 weeks 4.Patients who underwent surgery for acute AC joint injury in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital between April 2021 and December 2022
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous Shoulder Surgery 2.Fracture and Dislocation of AC Joint 3.AC Joint Arthritis 4.Bilateral AC Joint Injury 5.Ipsilateral Nerve Injury
