Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed stage I to IVA biopsy proven nasopharyngeal cancer who are planned to receive definitive radiotherapy with or without systemic therapy, 2. Normal pre treatment olfactory function defined by more than or equal to 14 from 16 points of the Thai modification version of Sniffin sticks test, 3. Age higher than 18 years old and consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor involvement at the olfactory groove, 2. History of surgery involving nasal cavity area except for incisional or excisional biopsy, 3. Prior history of radiotherapy at head and neck area or systemic therapy, 4. Evidence of distant metastasis
