Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - ASA physical status I or II - BMI < 35 kg/m2 - Diagnosed as mandibular prognathism or skeletal class III malocclusion - Require a mandibular setback surgery with bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSRO) with or without maxillary surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Present with any uncontrolled systemic disease or undergoing the medications that may affect the sleep condition - Existing OSA - Craniofacial syndrome - Previous orthognathic surgery or naso-oropharynx surgery - Significant change in BMI during the study period
