Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnant women at least 18 years of age with corrected gestational age. Gestational age between 18 to 24 weeks and literate in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underlying diseases involving vascular abnormalities such as SLE, chronic renal disease, chronic hypertension. History of preeclampsia in prior pregnancy. Pregnant with structural fetal abnormalities. Smoking. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet usage.
