Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed autoimmune thyroid disease with insulin resistance. 2) Patients with age range from 18 years to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients on Drugs affact inulin resistance example (Insulin sensitizers, Contraceptive pills, Corticosteroid). Pregnancy. Sever co morbid diseases.
