35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: for participants with SIS 1. have diagnosis as subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) 2. have shoulder pain at least 1 week 3. have tenderness at rotator cuff tendon 4. have painful arc 5. have mild to moderate pain (not greater than 7/10) 6. able to elevate arm equal or greater than 120 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: for both groups of participant 1. unable to elevate arm to 120 degrees or have a history of shoulder dislocation 2. have scoliosis 3. have a history of spine or upper extremity fracture or surgery 4. unable to stand continuously for 30 minutes 5. have other health conditions that affect attending the study such as cardiac diseases, hypertension, vertigo, etc. for participants without SIS will exclude 1. have shoulder pain
