Chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol nanofibrous scaffold will be applied to the extraction socket, filled with blood, and sutured. then a CBCT is taken within 24 hours post-extraction (T0) and after 4 months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patient aged between 18-40 years old.2 Meet the ASA class I category.3 Not allergic to seafood or other components of the scaffolds used in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with advanced and/or uncontrolled systematic diseases.2 Alcoholics. 3 Smokers. 4 Pregnant and lactating women. 5 Patients who are not willing to participate in this research.
