Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 40-80 years old, Elective primary unilateral TKA, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical classification 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindicated for neuraxial anesthesia, Allergic to drugs in study protocol, Body mass index equal or more than 35 kg/m2, Operative limb neurological deficit, Chronic opioid used, Inability to operate intravenous patient-controlled analgesia
