35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 35 to 75 years old at the time of registration, 2. Being diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type I or II, 3. Having Hb A1C more than or equal to 7, 4. living in his/her village more than 1 year, 5. willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having complications including chronic kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy, cardiovascular disease, nerve damage, other problems with feet, and mental health, 2. Could not using Thai language communication, 3. Limitation of physical activity, 4. Risk for exercise as recommendation, 5. Having dementia, COPD, any cancer, or being in end of life period
