Inclusion criteria: 18 year or older patients who received new consultation for cancer pain at Hua Hin Hospital pain and palliative clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have communication problem, 2. Patients who can't score ESAS, 3. Patients who were treated pain condition elsewhere
