60 years and more of older people who are recruited dependency level (Barthel Activities of Daily Living index 0-11 scores) and consent approval , volunteer of daily toothbrushing twice a day for 6 days , having at least 6 natural teeth in mouth, ability to understand and communication in Thai language, normal cognition and memory (Four questions version of Abbreviated Mental Test : AMT-4). Excluded older people are patient with Temporomandibular joint disorder, having allergy of drug or ing

Interventions

Soft and slim toothbrush and fluoridated 1,500 ppm (0.15% w/w) 120 g. daily care toothpaste with Sorbitol solution, free-Paraben, and free-SLS. ,Soft and slim suction toothbrush and fluoridated 1,45

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Older people: 1.1 Barthel Activities of Daily Living index 0-11 scores 1.2 Abbreviated Mental Test =4 scores 1.3 Unable self-care tooth brushing 1.4 Present at least 6 natural teeth 1.5 Proficiency in Thai language for communication 1.6 Approved research consent 2.Caregivers and health personnel: 2.1 Ability of tooth brushing for dependency older people at hospital or home 2.2 Approved research consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Older people: 1.1 Present traumatic jaw with open mouth limitation 1.2 Allergy any ingredients of toothpaste and tooth foam 1.3 Acute infection with platelet count < 50,000 /mm3 1.4 Patient currently use medical ventilator device 1.5 Mouth ulcers and oral infections 1.6 Loss of natural tooth or edentulism 2. Caregivers and health personnel: 2.1 Unstandardized of tooth brushing intervention
