Interventions

Hand exercise using exercise ball squeeze hand ball 10 times/set for 5 set both left and right hand, at least 5 times/week for 6 weeks,Traditional Thai dance hand exercise 5 hand movements including :
Experimental Procedure/Surgery,Experimental Procedure/Surgery
Standard handgrip exercise using exercise ball,Traditional Thai dance hand exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elder woman more than 60 years old 2. Handgrip strength less than 18 kilogram 3. Able to communicate in Thai language 4. Willing to complete 6-week hand exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic hand disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis 2. Underlying diseases that cause muscle weakness 3. History of wrist trauma causing fracture or deformities 4. Problems with communication such as dementia, deafness, blindness, schizophrenia 5. Underlying diseases with contraindication for resistive training such as recent MI, CABG, acute CHF inflammatory neuromuscular disease 6. Patients who regularly do traditional Thai dance and do handgrip exercise 7.Contraindication for Bioelectrical Impedance analysis (BIA) such as implanted cardiac devices, metal implants
