18 Years to 25 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chiang Mai University undergraduate student who aged 18-25 years and currently in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of studying. 2. more than 20 of permanent teeth present 3. ASA (American association of Anesthesiologist) classification I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. received any professionally applied fluoride within 30 days 2. developmental defect of tooth enamel or tooth dentin
