Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age at least 18 years Any stage of lung cancer undergoing definite treatment Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 2 or less
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Two primary cancers Heart failure Edema or ascites Dysphagia or unable to eat Bowel obstruction Previous GI tract surgery Life expectancy less than 1 month On total parenteral nutrition
