Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Myanmar migrant workers between 18-50 years old. 2) Myanmar migrant workers who are willing to participate in the study. 3) Myanmar migrant workers at the screening have a total score on the CESD questionnaire of 1 to 23 which is considered as mild and moderate depression. 4) Myanmar migrant workers who have mobile phones or tablets or computers/laptops to use Line application-based PASS intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Myanmar migrant workers working in factories with less than 5 employees. 2) Myanmar migrant workers who have been working in a factory for less than 6 months prior to the consent to participate in the intervention. 3) Myanmar migrant workers with serious physical impairments (e.g., post-accident) at the moment are invited to participate in the intervention. 4) Myanmar migrant workers who self-report being under any kind of mental health medication namely antidepressants, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. 5) Myanmar migrant workers who cannot communicate in Burmese, by listening, speaking, reading, and writing
