Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age : 1month to 2 years Any gender Respiratory Distress Assessment Instrument (RDAI) score < 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of mechanical ventilation in Newborns Conditions including emergency intubation ( poor resp effort , seizures , cardio pulmonary compromise) Congestive heart failure Malnourished Past history of wheeze Progressive resp failure ( Pco2 >60 mmhg , Po2 < 50 mmhg) Lack of o2 supply
