Conditions

For pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) subjects, the disease is associated with significant exercise intolerance and high mortalities. pulmonary hypertension, inspiratory muscle training, home based rehabilitation

Interventions

The subjects in the intervention group will perform home-based inspiratory muscle training. The intensity will adjust by physical therapist monthly.,The subjects in the control group will perform home
Inspitatory muscle training(High-Intensity),Inspiratory muscle training(Sham)
