Inclusion criteria: male infertile never had child age 20-49

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: male infertile with known pathologic cause abnormal liver function smoking alcohol drinking habit abnormal male's reproductive system anatomy Klinefelter's syndrome fever 90 days before semen analysis history of liver cirrhosis history of peptic ulcer disease
