Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Migrant parent/caregiver and children age <12 years old 2 Able to communicate in local languages (e.g., Burmese, Karen) 3 Agree to share their clinical data for the study activities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Emergency clinical presentations 2 Chronic disease (e.g., haemoglobinopathies, HIV, tuberculosis) 3 Neonates (ie., less than 28 days old) 4 Unable or unwilling to participate in study activities
