Inclusion criteria: 1. LDL > 130 mg/dL 2. Triglycerides > 150 mg/dL 3. Fasting plasma glucose between 100-125 mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking probiotics 2. Taking antibiotics 3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding
