Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age 18-75 yrs. 2.Admit in ICU with cardiac output monitoring 3.Vital sign Stable and No need for further resuscitation or minimal dose of vasoactive agent (Dose < 0.05 microgram/kg/hr.) 4.Patient with evidence of accumulated fluid in the body and attention physician design to give diuretic drug to excrete fluid
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient can not test fluid responsiveness by passive leg raising test 2.ESRD patient with hemodialysis 3. Patient post kidney transplantation 4.Patients who refuse to participate in the study or request to withdraw from the study
