Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 DM were determined by ICD-10 codes E11-E11.9, aged between 35 and 60 years, lived in Hat Yai, Songkhla, could communicate and understand written Thai, could access or had a family member that could access the Internet via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), and had hemoglobin A1C results recorded in the hospital information system for the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who refused to answer the survey, who refused for follow-up for the final evaluation at home, or in whom the questionnaire could not be obtained were excluded.
