Healthy participants with gastrocnemius lateralis muscles fatigue Traditional Thai massage, Fatigue recovery, Gastrocnemius lateralis muscles

Interventions

Traditional Thai massage onto the lower limb of participant for 30 min (1 time),Passive stretching for the gastrocnemius muscles (15 sec/time, 4 times) + resting on the bed (Total time is 30 min)

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy participants 2. Good communication and cooperation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of conditions that could contradict Thai massage e.g., fever

Muscle fatigue (EMG: Median frequency) Before exercise (Exercise-induced fatigue), after exercise (Exercise-induced fatigue), immediately after intervention, 1 hour and 2 hour after intervention Muscle activation from gastrocnemius lateralis was measured. Median frequency values of the muscle was calculated.
