35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with HbA1c greater than 7%, and/or obesity with BMI greater than 25, and/or hypertension at least 130/80 mmHg 2. Using a smartphone 3. Communicating in the Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being diagnosed with mental illness 2. Living in local areas for less than 1 year.
