Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years of age 2. Undergo laparoscopic total hysterectomy at the gynecological surgery unit. Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Section, Nursing Department Siriraj Hospital Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of allergy to other drugs or compounds listed on the drug label of 10% povidone-iodine solution or Chlorhexidine gluconate. 2. Having a congenital disease which is a contraindication to taking the drug povidone-iodine solution or Chlorhexidine gluconate 3. Having underlying disease or receiving drugs that affect the blood coagulation system such as ITP, receiving Aspirin, Heparin, Warfarin or Enoxaparin, etc. 4. Adjacent organs injury during hysterectomy 5. Patients with underlying disease with low immunity, such as after organ transplantation, SLE, or rheumatoid arthritis requiring immunosuppressants or steroids of any size, or any HIV status disease.
