Subjects received the placebo product which has the same color and smell and looks like the functional drink containing dietary fiber 3g per day but without bean and mulberry fruit.,Subjects received
Placebo, the functional drink containing bean and mulberry fruit 3 g per day plus dietary fiber 3 g per day, the functional drink containing bean and mulberry fruit 6 g per day plus dietary fiber 3 g

30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female Aged between 30-60 years old 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m2 3. DASS-21 indicate stress or anxiety 4. Can read and write Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; heart disease, lung disease or allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, head injury, and mental disorder. 2. Volunteers who use antibiotics in the last one week before study. 3. Volunteers who use supplement contain probiotics in the last three months before study. 4. Volunteers who have been Hysterectomy and/or Oophorectomy. 5. Volunteers who use hormone or any drug that effect on on the nervous system, Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal axis, Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal, and Hypothalamic Pituitary Thyroid axis. 6. Volunteers who use antibiotics immunosuppressant in the last 1 week before the study 7. Use of food supplement contain probiotics/prebiotics/dietary fibers more 3 times/week 8. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times per day 9. Smoking more than 10 pieces per day 10. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
