Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 year olds rhinitis patients Historical used of INCS for 1 month VAS score of rhinorrhea more than 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anatomical obstruction in nose and PNS sinonasal mass, tumor history of sinonasal surgery coagulopathy pregnancy Severe dry eyes Raynuaud phenomenon Sjogren syndrome Lidocaine allergy
