Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A score of at least three was and a score of urgency at least two was needed in OAB symptom group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with urinary tract infections, antibiotic usage within the previous week, pelvic organ prolapse (POP) worse than stage II of POP-Q, and local estrogen treatment use within the last three months were excluded from the study
