Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Described by the staging of SL ligament injury All of cases which are characterized in spectrum of the stage II-Old dynamic injury- unrepairable due to long time, stage III-static, instability, No DISI, easily reducible and stage IV-DISI which is reducible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Degeneration change of the scapholunate joint
